Thought Adjuster: “Upon waking from a vivid dream, you realized that dreams can be used as teaching opportunities.  Indeed, what you call ‘nightmares’ are dreams that play out your fears.  Just as you get spellbound by the plot of a good movie, you are an ‘active’ participant in your dream life.  It is only when you emerge from this virtual reality that you come to realize it is not part of your current life’s predicaments, even though it appeared very real at the time--a virtual reality check.

“This is the reason why dreams can be used as tools for individual awakenings and expanded consciousness.  A ‘disappointing’ dream reveals to you what you do not want to happen in your life.  An ‘inspiring’ one contrasts with what is not harmonious in your life—both acting as eloquent signposts, as they have a powerful emotional impact.

“Indeed, your dream ‘life’ has a life of its own.  Meaningful dreams catch your attention and cause you to reflect upon your life from a new vantage point.  Whether or not you remember their content upon awakening, they leave a mental mark and, unbeknownst to you, provide you with important clues, meant to lead you to a better self-understanding.  You could compare them to those complex flight simulators that safely challenge the response-ability of wannabee pilots by subjecting them to bogus extraordinary situations.

“Upon going to sleep, condition your mind to be receptive to the guidance that Spirit can provide you when you are in a more receptive state.  “Ask and you shall receive” is applicable there too, as the Father is with you 24/7.  Isn’t He your Fulltime Co-Pilot?”
