Thought Adjuster:  “Dear Child, your Stillness time serves multiple purposes:  It promotes your soul growth, the expansion of your heart and the expansion of your mind, depending on your receptivity at these levels.  The Father will never force open a closed soul, heart or mind.  However, He will step in through any opening in your being. 

“As you condition yourself for your Stillness time, ground yourself physically in order to be connected to the planet on which you live; balance yourself emotionally to reach a state of peace that will help you connect with Celestial Beings of higher vibratory frequencies since they are anchored in peace; center yourself mentally by opening your mind to their wise input after consciously connecting yourself to the Divine.

“Words won’t always be necessary as you will receive energy upgrades that you will have to assimilate in your being.  As you become able to handle a higher voltage of frequencies, you will also become able to receive higher spiritual input.  Your being is like an antenna being deployed in your meditation and is eager to receive uncontaminated input from above so as to guide you and others throughout your day.
