“God the Father deals with man his child on the basis, not of actual virtue or worthiness, but in recognition of the child’s motivation—the creature purpose and intent. The relationship is one of parent-child association and is actuated by divine love.” [UB, 103:4.5]
Thought Adjuster: “Self-serving and self-promoting intentions can prompt seemingly philanthropic initiatives applauded by undiscerning beholders. Perpetrators of low-grade actions skillfully gold-plate them to conceal their lack of benevolent substance.
The Divine is both a mind- and a heart-reader. As the fully engaged parental Figure of His vast multiverses, He strategically established local branches of His Head- and Heart-quarters within you—thus authenticating His claim to omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience.
A clumsy child who breaks something inadvertently will be immediately put at ease by compassionate caretakers. However, if a violent temper tantrum caused the damage, the child’s emotional imbalance—not the material loss—will cause concern.
Spiritual growth requires self-honesty. Zoom in on the intentions preceding your actions to gain clarity about your inner workings. Many character-flawed individuals land on pedestals because of merely external achievements, which is detrimental to their already overly self-imbued persona. From their center-stage vantage point, they entertain the delusion that the world revolves around them.
Honest scrutiny of the substance of your intentions will give you a green or red light. Over time, your abidance to these signposts will debug your faulty inner programming, making it virus-free.
Your heart's intent determines the longevity or perishability of your soul. Misguided actions may have some positive ramifications—a silver lining of sorts. However, you will need to take humble responsibility for your irresponsibility to come clean on all fronts. The repentance process sets you free and instantly gets the divine seal of forgiveness. A slight inner course correction makes a world of difference—in you and around you.”
