Thought Adjuster: “Many among you make decisions from their ‘head-quarter,’ often bypassing their ‘heart-quarter’ or overriding its intelligent input.

Yes, your heart is intelligent—if you know how to take its pulse instead of overreacting. When your emotional heart misfires, its malfunction generates disturbing emotions. The intensity of these stress factors adversely affects your physical heartbeat and wellbeing.

Recent Heartmath studies define a critical link between the heart and the brain. They are in a constant two-way dialogue. Emotions change the signals the brain sends to the heart, and the heart responds in complex ways. Research has established that the heart sends more information to the brain than the other way around.

Anger, frustration, anxiety, and insecurity trigger erratic heartbeats, blocking the ability to think clearly. Stress hormone levels increase, blood vessels constrict, blood pressure rises. It weakens the immune system. On the other hand, harmonious heart rhythms reflect positive emotions and are indicators of cardiovascular efficiency and nervous system balance.

Isn’t it quite telling that a baby growing in its mother’s womb is within earshot of her heartbeat, unconsciously linked to her emotional state?

Let us now expand the picture. The whole cosmos is intimately connected to the regular heartbeat of its Progenitor—its loving impulses. The Father always comes from his heart—the secure channel from which his brain takes its marching orders.

It is where your divinely-ordained evolution is taking you. You will reach the tipping point when your heart power synergizes your brainpower.

Think from your heart, and you will feel it in your head! Once its informed leadings have registered, their teamwork will help you manifest a beautiful reality that will appeal to both your heart and mind.”
