“As you make the conscious decision each morning to start your day with the Divine influences available for you to tap into, you are like an awakening child searching for the familiar and loving face of his/her parents upon awakening and being reassured by their familiar presence.

“I too await with anticipation our morning communion and spiritual break-fast.  I am  are your Divine Caterer, preparing wonderful soul food in order to keep your soul well-nourished and promote its steady growth. 

“There is a vast array of food available to your physical body, some organic and healthy, others more harmful; there is also a vast array of spiritual foods.   Unfortunately, many among you are not aware of the nutritional principles of spiritual foods and unconsciously or consciously ingest junk foods which are mass-catered to them through the low frequencies emitted by their TV or other electronic devices. 

"Your soul is a very delicate and fragile organism.  If you do not carefully monitor your way of life and your thinking processes, you contribute to a state of spiritual and emotional malnourishment and imbalance that will eventually manifest themselves in your physical body as well – Cause and Effect.
