Thought Adjuster:  “Dear child, you were pondering the challenge of going on a fast from complaining.  This is a perfect partnership with the practice of gratitude. Whenever you are in a mode of gratitude, there is no room left for complaining.  Yet, whenever you lose your focus on gratitude, you may slip back in a complaining mode.  This is like shifting your awareness from light to darkness.  However, through continued practice, you will notice that you come to spend more time in the feel good atmosphere of gratitude and that you want to extirpate yourself from the lower frequencies of complaining.

“Complaining is the antidote of gratitude and vice versa.  What a powerful practical tool it is when you learn to stay in a state of gratitude.  Gratitude is a powerful spiritual nutrient.  It also anchors you in the present moment and helps your being exude positive anticipation for each moment of your life as it allows you to read between the lines of seemingly challenging events.

“Each situation, no matter how challenging it may appear to be, contains in itself a positive outcome, a divine gift.  Many times that gift occurs on the spiritual level, on the level of your soul growth as it leads you to flex your soul muscles.  At first, it may seem that the challenge is beyond your competence as many of the muscles of your soul anatomy may have been atrophied by the lack of awareness about their presence in your being.  Yet, as you accept the challenges, instead of running away from them, you train your being to be more adept at mastering the challenges and, thus, you allow Spirit to raise the bar and to speed up your education.

“The more you are willing to gratefully and gracefully address the apparent roadblocks, the more you are strengthening your character and bringing forth your divine essence.  Your divine essence is a precious elixir which needs to be lovingly and carefully extracted from the depth of your being where it lays in waiting to be discovered and exuded.  This is part of the human metamorphosis.

“Keep your chin up.  Disassociate yourself from complaining and from the group consciousness of complainers.  Enlist in the eternal corps of gratitude and your heart will be filled with love and praise; you will get to taste the wonderful feelings associated with singing the glory of the amazing and far reaching loving Intelligence who initiated and supports this amazing co-creative process.  You are the co-creator of your own being.  Use that power wisely and with discernment.”
