“You do not have to see alike or feel alike or even think alike in order spiritually to be alike. Spiritual unity is derived from the consciousness that each of you is indwelt, and increasingly dominated, by the spirit gift of the heavenly Father. Your apostolic harmony must grow out of the fact that the spirit hope of each of you is identical in origin, nature, and destiny.” [UB, 141:5.1]

Thought Adjuster: “Jesus warned his followers of the dangers of dogmatism and standardization—the formulation of creeds and establishment of traditions as means of controlling believers in the gospel of the kingdom.

Standardization is stifling, as it does not leave enough room for original and spontaneous self-expression.  Its generic one-size-fits-all mold impairs natural free-spiritedness. It often resorts to dictatorial intimidation, coercion, and emotional black-mailing to force independent thinkers into submission.

This blatant dismissal of others’ thoughts and feelings becomes a Petri Dish for toxic grudges and resentment at the costly sacrifice of the blissful joy that comes with freelancing with Spirit.

A disregard of the divinely-bestowed human rights of freedom of thinking, feeling, and doing, gives way to frustrations—never elation. Due to the complexity of your current planetary affairs, divergent entrenched theories and opinions abound, generating a problematic social climate.

You can turn the metaphorical table around by viewing things from another angle. Order is born out of chaos through intelligent brain-, heart-, and soul-storming. When rubbed against each other, the cons and pros of a predicament generate sparks of understanding—just as the revolutionary power of fire was discovered when primitive men hit against one another the hard surfaces of flints.

Honor diversity, and you will draw significant benefits from pulling together your assets. Evolution is significantly sped up by peaceful collaboration.”
