“Worship is intended to anticipate the better life ahead and then to reflect these new spiritual significances back onto the life which now is.” [UB 1616:07]

Thought Adjuster: “What is genuine Worship?  First of all, Worship has nothing to do with flattery.  In your planet, flattery is frequently mistaken for worship.  In your culture, immature souls ‘worship’ some of their fellow men due to their celebrity status—looks, money, power, talent...  Others, by resorting to insincere flattery, aim at taking unfair advantage of others.

Obviously, this misguided adulation has nothing in common with Genuine Worship.  Worship is sincere.  It rises straight from the heart.  It is tightly connected to Gratitude.  It responds to the gift of Love that is embedded in All That Is.  It spontaneously praises the Maker for His Mighty Works.  It is based on facts; it is based on evidence; it is based on reality—not fiction.

When you praise the Father in your devotions, you step away from your small self and turn your undivided attention to Him.  You forget your worries, concerns, as well as where you stand in time/space.  You become the small drop blending with the Great Ocean and this takes you to a new level of spiritual experience.

It is experiential and will greatly impact the way you live your life from that moment on.  Indeed, it is weighty.  By experiencing Oneness—even though it may be short lived—you get an unforgettable glimpse at what is in store for you in your eternal career and you come back fortified and encouraged from this promise of better things to come.  This contributes to a gradual change in your attitude.

Worshipping is paying a visit to the Father.  It is focusing your whole being on Him and by so doing, you become sensitive to His energetic field, as your energy goes where your focus goes.  The more you worship the Father without any personal agenda, the more you uncover other reasons to worship, as all Infinity is contained within Him.”
