“God is not only the determiner of destiny; he is man’s eternal destination. All nonreligious human activities seek to bend the universe to the distorting service of self; the truly religious individual seeks to identify the self with the universe and then to dedicate the activities of this unified self to the service of the universe family of fellow beings, human and superhuman.”  [UB 5:4:3]

Thought Adjuster: “Because the divine creative process is intelligently purposeful, each creature has been conceived to render some particular service in support of the greater organism to which it belongs. 

Therefore, no matter where you find yourself along your spiritual growth curve, there are, and always will be, abundant service opportunities, as loving service is what makes you godlike.  Over time, as you become more altruistic, you will serve others more proficiently.  As was the case for the human Jesus, you will initially serve in the private domain of your family life and eventually incrementally extend the scope of your service to the public.

The family cell should be your pre-school setting—the first stepping stone toward an ongoing education that will culminate in your acceptance in the cosmic ‘finishing schools’ where you will master social graces and further refine your personality as a preparation for your entry into upper spiritual society.

Parents should instill in their little ones the joy of service by enrolling their cooperation in age-appropriate service activities. 

Jesus was constantly on the outlook for opportunities to serve his fellowmen—in thoughts [prayers], words [truth disclosure], and deeds [love in action].  Because of His humble attitude, He quickly identified service opportunities and followed through whenever divinely-orchestrated synchronicities got His attention.

Synchronicities occur in divine timing.  When you act upon them, you are in a flow that prompt major positive changes, opening new doors of understanding that cater to your spiritual growth.

The question to ask yourself is, “How can I be of higher service today?”  It will keep you alert and tuned in the Divine Will that is all about service.  As above, so below.”
